The WFGF Cookbook for Kids and Busy Adults has been endorsed by both Dr. Peter Green from Columbia University and Dr. Alessio Fasano from the Center for Celiac Research, University of Maryland.  Dr. Fasano wrote the Foreward for this book.

The Dessert Cookbook, Reduced Calorie Cookbook and Cookbook for Kids and Busy Adults have been endorsed by CSA/USA (Celiac Sprue Association) and GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group).

The Newly Diagnosed Survival Kit is being given to newly diagnosed patients throughout the country by dietitians and gastroenterologists.  Many celiac support groups distribute this Kit to their new members.

Connie's customized menus are used by many dietitians and nutritionists throughout the country, including the Celiac Solution, LLC in Massachusetts.
